Eleven year old girl hospitalized with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The NRP is investigating a serious crash in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Officers say around 4:21 p.m. yesterday, an 11 year old girl was riding her bike on Niagara Stone Road near Field Road, when she was hit by an SUV that was leaving a parking lot.
The child was struck by a black Buick Enclave that was being driven by a 70 year old woman.
The girl was taken to an out of region hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Parts of Niagara Stone Road were closed until 9:15 p.m. as police investigated.
No charges have been laid.
