Police have a survey asking for ideas on safety, trust and confidence in police, etc
Another reminder from Niagara Regional police they're looking for your thoughts on community safety through a survey.
The Community Safety Survey is part of helping to implement the police board's 2026-2029 Strategic Plan, as it looks for ideas on neighbourhood safety, trust and confidence in police, emerging issues, and areas where police can enhance prevention and engagement.
The survey is open until August 7th, can be found at different community events, including Port Colborne Canal Days, and on the NRP website.
Police will go over the responses looking for key themes, and areas on which they can strengthen safety initiatives in Niagara.
