Officials want to hear from youth and young adults on COVID-19 vaccination program
Health officials say the survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete and participants can enter for a chance to win one of five $25 gifts cards.
The officials add the information will help them understand the needs of our community to provide better services and messaging around COVID-19.
