Premier Doug Ford will be in St. Catharines today, for an announcement at the Kristen French Child Advocacy Centre.
He will be joined by Solicitor General Sylvia Jones and Associate Minister of Children and Women's Issues Jill Dunlop.
Niagara West MPP Sam Oosterhoff will also be there.
Ford will address the media at 10:00 a.m.
