Premier Doug Ford and former Solicitor General Sylvia Jones are fighting a summons to testify at the Emergencies Act public inquiry.

This comes one day after the pair were summoned to appear as witnesses during the public inquiry into the Emergencies Act.
Ford and Jones are challenging the summons to appear and testify.
Commission lawyers say they both turned down requests to testify voluntarily.
