Positive COVID-19 Case at Meridian Community Centre in Pelham

The Town of Pelham says that one person has tested positive for COVID-19 after visiting the Meridian Community Centre on November 24th.

The individual tested positive for the virus on November 30th.

It's reported that they used the facilities in the arena and followed safety procedures such as social distancing and wearing a mask.

The facility was inspected by Niagara Health on December 2nd, and they haven't made any indication of any further threat to staff and visitors.

Currently, the Town is not allowing rentals or facilities usage from those outside of Pelham
