A person at Mary Ward Catholic Elementary School in Niagara Falls has tested positive for COVID-19.
Niagara Catholic says this individual is now in self-isolation and it has not specified if its a student or a staff member.
The board has been contacting those who have been in close contact with this person and they are being asked to stay home.
The principal has also sent a letter to all staff and students in order to notify them of the situation.
