Police say this dates back over 20 years ago
A 41-year old Port Colborne man is facing sexual assault charges for incidents police say happened between 2002 and 2003.
They started looking into allegations last month, finding out the man worked as a leader in an after-school program in Port Colborne.
Police say the victim, a woman, was a youth at the time.
Yesterday, police arrested Joseph F. Crawford, charging him with:
- 3 counts of Sexual Assault
- 3 counts of Sexual Interference
- 1 count of Forcible Confinement
He has a bail hearing today, and police believe there may be more victims.
