Port Colborne will be updating it's customer service policy.
The City has launched a customer satisfaction survey in order to gather feedback.
It's available online here. You can also pick up a hard copy of the survey at City Hall or the Port Colborne Public Library.
Updating the customer policy is one of six projects the City has on tap, for the Municipal Modernization Program.
The City received $711,467 from the province through the provincial grant program.
