Another pop-up vaccination clinic is coming to Port Colborne.
Port Cares and Boggio Pharmacy have teamed up to host a pop-up clinic on Wednesday, August 25th.
It'll take place between 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Port Cares Reach Out Centre in the Food Bank parking lot.
"This pop-up clinic is open to the entire community for residents who require first or second doses. No appointment is necessary as we want to make it as easy as possible for people who haven’t received their vaccinations," explains Aaron Boggio of Boggio Pharmacies.
The Port Cares Reach Out Centre will also be running its food bank and hot meal service while the clinic is happening in hopes that low income residents attending the centre that day will get a shot if they aren't vaccinated yet.
Community members coming for a dose are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food donation.
You won't need your health care, and there will be draws for prizes.
As well, registered clients will get a Rib & Potato wedge dinner between 1:30 and 5:00 p.m.
