The NRP is trying to identify a man at the center of a fraud investigation in St. Catharines.
Police believe this man stole a wallet on October 15th and went on a shopping spree with the debit card, using the tap feature.
They say he spent time in the Bunting Road and Welland Ave area. He also hit up downtown St. Catharines.
He's white and about 20 to 30-years-old.
He was wearing a black baseball hat, a red shirt, grey hoodie, a black jacket, blue jeans and brown boots at the time.
Anyone with information should contact police by calling 905-688-4111, dial option 3, and use badge number 9470.
