A foot patrol in Niagara Falls has led to a break and enter arrest.
Just before 6 AM yesterday, officers were engaged in a foot patrol initiative near Queen Street and Chrysler Avenue when they heard breaking glass.
A suspect was spotted leaving a bar/restaurant through a broken window.
The man was carrying stolen consumable goods and tools worth about $690.
Detectives say damage to the window is estimated to be around $2,000.
Facing charges is 30 year old Joshua Morningstar of Niagara Falls.
