Jesse Bannon could be in St. Catharines
A warning from police to be on the lookout for a man wanted on a Canada wide warrant, for breaching his statutory release, and he could be in St. Catharines.
They say 40-year old Jesse Bannon is serving just over 7-years for break and enter, robbery, sexual assault and assault.
He is Indigenous, 6'1 tall, weighs 185lbs, with a shaved head or short brown hair, and hazel eyes.
He has several tattoos.
