Negotiators spend four hours convincing suspect to surrender
Officers were called to a complex in the area of the North Service Road and Winston Road on Monday morning after reports of a man in the lobby carrying a handgun.

Police negotiators were called in to help defuse the situation and after four hours, the suspect surrendered peacefully.
Twenty-nine year old David McDonnell of Grimsby is charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
