Two people arrested for crimes police say go back to 2007, involving multiple victims and there could be more
Another case of online child sexual exploitation, this one dating back to 2007, broken by the NRP.
Police started the investigation in May, with child sexual abuse material leading to the identity a suspect, along with further evidence and multiple victims.
Police have arrested 49-year old Justin Murray Wayne Lee of Welland, charged with:
- Sexual Assault – Section 271, Criminal Code of Canada
- Sexual Interference – Section 153(b), Criminal Code of Canada
- Making Child Pornography – Section 163.1(2), Criminal Code of Canada
- Possession of Child Pornography – Section 163.1(4), Criminal Code of Canada
49-year old Thalia Rachelle Hiscoe of Wallaceburg is charged with:
- Sexual Assault – Section 271, Criminal Code of Canada
- Sexual Interference – Section 153(b), Criminal Code of Canada
They have a bail hearing tomorrow.
Police believe there may be more victims, and ask those with information to call police.
