Can be used for international travel
The Prime Minister is expected to unveil plans today for an international vaccine passport.
Justin Trudeau is set to speak to the media at 10:00 this morning.
Sources say the passport can be used by Canadians who decide to travel outside the country.
Starting Oct. 30th, travellers leaving from a Canadian airport and those travelling on Canadian trains will need to prove they are fully vaccinated.
