Pelham Transit is switching to a Dial-a-Ride Service starting today.
Local residents will be able to take the bus to work, a medical appointment or to the grocery store, as long as they book their ride at least 48 hours in advance.
The free service will be available from 7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
Anyone looking to book a ride can call Karen Blake at Town Square at 905-892-2607 with extension 347.
Phone calls will be answered from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
