Pathstone is about to re-open its Hear & Now Walk-In Clinic at the Branscombe Centre in St. Catharines.
It will start offering face-to-face counselling sessions for youth and families on Monday, but things will be a little different.
You will have to call Pathstone’s Crisis & Support Line (1-800-263-4944) during regular business hours to book an appointment.
Staff will try to schedule your appointment later in the day or the next day, based on availability.
You will also have to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment and call the same number to check-in.
You will have to fill out some forms once you enter the building and you will be screened for COVID-19.
All clients will also be asked to sanitize their hands when they arrive and before they leave.
Pathstone is advising all clients to arrive for their appointment alone or with one other support person.
Kim Rossi, Pathstone’s Director of Philanthropy and PR, says these measures will help avoid overcrowding in the main lobby.
The clinic will be open Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Friday’s from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
