He's facing a list of charges in relation to the Karma nightclub shooting in St. Catharines.
Police arrested 33-year-old Saeed Savalanpour in Richmound Hill earlier today.
He faces five counts of aggravated assault and five counts of discharging a firearm with intent to endanger life.
Savalanpour has also been charged with reckless discharge, pointing a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm, using a firearm in commission of an offence and two counts of possession contrary to a prohibition order.
Police also arrested a 34-year-old man at the same time.
He's also facing gun related offences, but they're not related to the shooting.
The shooting sent six people to hospital on Sunday September 29th.
