Detectives canvassing the area following deadly weekend shooting in St. Catharines.
Police continue to investigate a deadly shooting that occurred in St. Catharines yesterday.
Around 3:40 yesterday morning, police were called to the area of Pleasant Avenue and Lake Street, where three victims were found.
One victim was pronounced dead at the scene, and has been identified as a 33 year old male.
His identity is not being released.
A second victim, a 32 year old man, sustained life-threatening injuries.
Meanwhile, the third victim, a 34 year old woman, received non-life-threatening injuries, and is recovering.
Police say just prior to the shooting, the victims and suspect(s) attended a social gathering at a home on Pleasant Avenue.
Officers continue to investigate the relationship between the victims and perpetrator(s) and the events leading up to the incident.
