A man has died following a house fire in Fort Erie.
Emergency crews responded to the scene of the blaze early this morning.
The house was fully engulfed in flames by the time they arrived.
One man sustained life-threatening injuries, and died at the scene.
The victim’s identity has not been released.
Detectives are working with the Ontario Fire Marshall’s Office as the cause of both the fire and the death are investigated.
The scene is expected to be held for the next several days while the investigation is being conducted.
