Police advising motorists to be cautious on the road during bad weather
Niagara Regional Police had a busy day on the roads, thanks to the weather.
Constable Barry Ravenuk says by 3:00 p.m., the NRP responded to 47 collisions in Niagara.

Ravenuk also advises keeping a safe distance between your car and the one in front of you, and remaining focused on the road at all times.
A breakdown of the crashes is as follows:
- 18 - Welland / Pelham
- 9 - Grimsby / Lincoln / West Lincoln
- 8 - St. Catharines
