Foul play is not suspected following the death of a baby girl in Fort Erie.
The NRP found the child in medical distress at Safari Niagara Wednesday afternoon.
Niagara paramedics tried to perform resuscitative efforts on the child and she was taken to hospital in critical condition.
She died afterwards and her identity has not been released.
She was less than six-months-old.
The investigation is ongoing.
