A 47-year-old man from St. Catharines is facing charges, after he was pulled over in Port Dalhousie.
Police say he was behind the wheel of a blue pickup on Friday, even though he had already been prohibited from driving for the rest of his life.
He was arrested and the truck has been impounded for 45 days.
He has been charged with operation while prohibited and driving under a Criminal Code Suspension.
