NRP investigating, searching for teen suspect
Niagara Regional police are looking to identify a suspect after what is believed to be bear spray was discharged into a crowd of people at the Fenwick Fair.
The incident happened on Saturday night around 9:30 at the fair in Centennial Park on Church Street.
Eight people suffered minor injuries ranging in age from 12 to 42.
The male suspect is 16 to 17 years of age, around 5 foot 11, with a thin build dressed in black pants, black shoes, grey Nike sweatshirt and wearing a black ski mask.
Police are appealing to witnesses who may have been at the Fair during the time of the incident.
