Ralf Peters won big in the February 15th Lotto 6/49 Super Draw.
He's a semi-retired 56-year-old from Niagara-on-the-Lake.
He bought his ticket a the Avondale on Mary Street.
Peters would also like pay some bills with his winnings, and finish some projects around the house.
