Niagara Health has decided to implement a no visitor policy.
Executive Vice President Derek McNally says he understands this will make things difficult for patients and families, but it's a necessary measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Limited exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
You would have to be older than 16, show no symptoms of the virus and have no recent travel history.
You would also have to go through a screening process before entering the building.
Patients will also have access to free WiFi and phone service so they can keep in touch with their loved ones.
They will also have access to free television service.
