Niagara Remembers Former Grimsby Mayor Nick Andreychuk

The Town of Grimsby is mourning the loss of Nick Andreychuk.

He passed away suddenly at Hamilton General Hospital on Monday at the age of 75.

He was the Mayor and a Regional Councillor for 13-years, but his political career actually spanned 37-years from 1973 to 2010.

Outside of politics, Andreychuk worked for Dominion of Canada Insurance Company for 45-years.

He leaves behind his wife Carol of 53 years, his two children and four grandchildren.

Visitation - Friday March 13th

3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Prayer Vigil at 3:30 p.m.

Funeral - Saturday March 14th
St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church
11:00 a.m.

Donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Grimsby Museum or St. Joseph's Church.
