This confirms there will not be a strike
It’s business as usual at Niagara Parks after the majority of workers voted in favour of a new contract agreement.
The deal was inked early Thursday morning, avoiding a potential strike, and was presented to OPSEU Local 217 on Friday.
The deal must now be approved by the Board of the Niagara Parks Commission.
