36 men total arrested
36 men have been arrested in a provincial child exploitation investigation, and eight of them are from Niagara.
Niagara regional police worked alongside 20 other police services during an online child luring investigation from March 31st to April 11th, which has led to 128 charges.
Police say the accused range in age from 18 to 73, with six from Niagara Falls, one from West Lincoln, and one from St. Catharines.
Officers posed as children, waiting for offenders to connect, and they say nine real victims were identified, and have been rescued.
Police add one suspect showed up at a meeting with snacks, and one arrived with lubricant and condoms.
Police say one of the arrested was on the National Sex Offender Registry.
