Applications open until April 30th
High school students in Niagara Falls can now apply for a couple of scholarships provided by the Mayor's Advisory Committee.
Applications are now open for the Jim Mitchinson Scholarship and the Niagara Peninsula Energy Scholarship.
Eligible students must have a minimum grade average of 75 percent.
They also must demonstrate solid leadership and involvement in their community or school.
Winners will get up to $2,000.
Students will only need one application to be considered for both scholarships.
Applications will be accepted here until April 30th.
