Tammy Messina, a 63 year old retiree, won big with the OLG Bigger Spin Game.
The 63 year old grandmother says she is going to use the money towards paying some bills, as well as share some with her loved ones.
The winning ticket was bought in Niagara Falls at Avondale on Montrose Road.
