Charges laid after police seize electronic devices
A police investigation has led to child luring charges against a Niagara Falls man.
Earlier, today, police searched a home and seized electronic devices that were used to commit an offence.
As a result, 42 year old Jeffrey Sims faces the following charges>
- Luring a Child via telecommunication to facilitate the offence of Sexual Interference
- Exposure to a person under 16-years of age
- Luring a Child via telecommunication to facilitate the offence of Make Child Pornography
A bail hearing will take place later today.
Police say the investigation was made possible by a grant from the Ministry of the Solicitor General.
