Police say it was concerning construction jobs that didn't get done, after payment
A 49-year old Niagara Falls man is facing construction fraud, and police say there could be more victims.
Police began looking into some cases last August, and found a man was accepting construction jobs, specifically concrete work, but then didn't do the work after taking payment.
On April 12, police arrested Ernesto Miguel Sarabando, charging him with six fraud counts, and a number of failure to comply.
He was released from custody with a May court date in Welland.
Police have identified at least eight victims, but add there could be more.
