NRP called over concerns of suspicious man near playground
A Niagara Falls man is facing child porn charges after police were alerted to a suspicious man near a public playground.
Police say they got the call on Tuesday, May 5th from concerned parents, which led police to arresting him, but also an investigation of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material.
That led police to searching a Niagara Falls home on Monday, and yesterday they arrested 48-year old Bobby Terry Mathieson, for making and possessing child porn, and not complying with a prohibition order.
He remains in custody after a bail hearing.
Police believe he might have been at other playgrounds, call police if you know anything.
