The 18th annual Niagara Children's Water Festival is about to take place.
This year it's happening from May 10th to 14th.
It's the second year in a row the event has gone virtual due to the pandemic.
The festival will provide grade three and four students from all municipalities to learn about one of our most important natural resources - water.
Events will include unique online videos, virtual tours, web activities and live interactive workshops hosted by professionals working in science, conservation, engineering and water treatment.
Teachers will be able to pick which events they want to experience with their students, and they have until Friday to register for the festival.
So far, 237 teachers have registered, with an estimate 5,344 students to attend virtually.
