Changes include allowing pharmacists to administer certain injections and requiring women-only bathrooms on construction sites
A variety of new rules and regulations are about to take effect in Ontario.
Starting tomorrow, there is a ban on floating accommodations, such as rafts and barges, on provincial waterways.
The province is also rolling out self-serve lottery ticket terminals, which will allow the machines to verify the customer's age.
In regards to health care, registered practical nurses will be able to carry out an increased number of procedures, and pharmacists will be allowed to administer certain injections.
The province also says a change to labour laws will require a separate bathroom for women on bigger construction sites.
