NRP say charges in connection to a 15-year old girl
Charges in relation to sexual abuse toward a 15-year old girl have been laid against a St. Catharines man.
Back in January, police began looking into an alleged assault in St. Catharines.
Police believe the assaults took place between last September and January, when the victim was 15.
The suspect and victim met on the internet.
Police arrested 26-year old Kenneth Vivian today, and charged him with sexual assault on a person under 16-years old, invitation to sexual touching under 16, and sexual interference on a person under 16.
He remains in police custody pending a bail hearing today.
Police believe there may be other victims, and are asking them to call police, as well as anyone who may know anything else about this case.
