Someone stole mobility chairs and fitness equipment from an onsite storage container in late February.
Tips from the public lead officers to a home in the Parnell Road and Vine Street area.
Officers executed a search warrant on Monday and they arrested 43-year-old man.
He has been charged with possession of stolen property over $5,000, possession of cocaine and failing to comply with probation.
