Police found a man dead in his Thorold home last summer, body with fatal levels of drugs
A 22-year old man from Leamington is facing drug charges after a 23-year old man was found dead in his Thorold home.
Police were called to the house last July... an autopsy later confirmed it was an overdose with fatal levels of oxycodone and flubromazolam in his system.
Police eventually tracked down a suspected drug dealer, and used a search warrant last Thursday at a house in Leamington.
They found some drugs and money, and arrested Mark Antonio Beadle, and charged him.
- Trafficking in a Schedule I controlled Substance, to wit Oxycodone contrary to section 5(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substance (in relation to the sudden death)
- 2 counts of Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000 contrary to section 355(b) of the Criminal Code
- Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance, to wit MDMA contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
He was released from custody with a court date in May, in St. Catharines.
