A Lincoln man is facing the charges for allegedly harassing his neighbours.
Police say his harassing behaviour began in 2010.
Officers began investigating in December after receiving complaints from his neighbours in the Maple Grove Road and Lakeshore Road area.
Police made an arrest yesterday morning with the assistance of the K9 unit for a number of incidents that had occurred overnight.
55 year old Ivan Zatelli has been charged with eight counts of criminal harassment, no muffler on a motor vehicle, failing to surrender a permit for a motor vehicle, failing to surrender an insurance card, unnecessary noise, and no mirror.
