The Town of Lincoln has decided to cancel it's New Years Levee.
It was scheduled for January 2nd but the town has decided to pull the plug on the popular event due to COVID-19.
Officials say it's the right thing to do in order to ensure everyone's safety.
They would also like to thank the public for their understanding of the situation.
