The Lincoln County Humane Society is asking for the public’s help tracking down a man.
Officials say he left a crate with a dead dog inside, outside the society on Fourth Ave in St. Catharines at around 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
He was driving a blue Dodge Ram pickup truck at the time.
