New rules went into effect this morning for international travellers coming to Canada.
Travellers must show proof of their vaccine status using the ArriveCAN app, as well as a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 72 hours before their scheduled flight.
Pearson Airport in Toronto is already warning travellers to expect delays.
