The Seaway Mall will be hosting a free Health and Wellness Show.
It runs the 17th and 18th from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
There will be demonstrations, samples and vendors with a free seminar featuring Dr. Sara Celik.
Health vendors including Norwex, Pure Essence and Hear Again Doctors will be there.
