The federal government has changed the deadline for applications to the Canada Emergency Business Account (CEBA).
The deadline is being extended from March 31st to June 30th, 2021.
The new date applies to new CEBA applications seeking $60,000 as well as businesses that have already received the $40,000 and are seeking the additional $20,000.
The extension will provide support to Canadian businesses dealing with the impacts of public health restrictions.
More information on the CEBA program can be found here.
