The government is backing down on some key demands in its talks with the four major teachers' unions.
But, two of the major unions say the province still hasn't tabled new proposals in bargaining negotiations.
The Education Minister says the province will make online learning optional, and will lower the average high school class size to 23 students.
Both the Ontario English Catholic Teachers' Association and the AEFO are holding province-wide strikes tomorrow.
This will close all schools in the Niagara Catholic District School Board and French languages schools in the Region.
