Niagara Region Public Health has listed five beaches as unsafe for swimming.
Reebs Bay in Wainfleet and Waverly Beach in Fort Erie have been flagged due to algae.
In Grimsby, Nelles Beach has been posted for safety reasons.
Meanwhile, Sherkston Quarry Beach in Port Colborne and Long Beach in Wainfleet have been posted due to E.coli.
Niagara Region Public Health regularly tests the water at area beaches.
