Niagara Public Health is confirming eight new cases of COVID-19 today.
The death toll remains at 415.
As of this morning, four people are fighting the virus in local hospitals, and one patient is in the ICU.
The region has 119 active cases and 4 active outbreaks.
To date, over 483,000 vaccinations have been administered in Niagara.
Over 66 percent of the population has their first dose, and over 34 percent are fully immunized.
