Don't Call 911 for COVID-19 Emergency Order Violations

You should not be calling 911 if you catch someone holding a party or not wearing their mask.

The NRP says all COVID-19 emergency order violations should be reported to your municipality's bylaw office.

If it's after 4:30 p.m. and the bylaw office is closed you can call the Region's dispatch line at 905-984-3690 or 1-877-552-5579.

The NRP introduced new hours for its Collision Reporting Centres last week.

The St. Catharines, Niagara Falls and Welland locations are open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

The St. Catharines location is also open on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
